'Hybridflex' consists of double layer corrugations; Teflon inner layer having great corrosion resistance and austenitic stainless steel outer layer providing excellent pressure tightness.
In spite of superior performance both in anti-corrosion and structural strength, it provides good pliability.
FEATURES:
- Maximum Working Pressure ranges from 10 to 20kgf/cm2( depends on NominalI.D.).
- It withstands high vacuum without collapse.
- It withstands high (+180°C) or low( -20°C).
- As a traditional Teflon® hose consists of a Teflon® inner core and a stainless steel wire braid covering, the fluid inside will soon leak out, when the inner core suffers failures, but there is no fear for Hybridflex.
- A traditional Teflon® hose employs helical corrugations for a inner core, while 'Hybridflex' adopts annular corrugations, for this reason, flexibility of the latter is superior than that of the former.
